Liquid Melatonin Drops 3 mg (2 oz)

I feel sleepy and dreamy about 45 minutes after taking the drops. I sleep great for 7 hours and I don’t have a groggy feeling when I get up. So peaceful. Great drops. Tastes great. Doesn’t burn my mouth. I have a sensitive mouth. Love that it doesn’t have alcohol. These drops are fabulous.

I have taken a multitude of meds from narcotic sleep aids, to natural remedies. I hated the prescribed medications due to how they effected me the next day. All the natural sleep remedies might work for a short period of time then right back to my insomnia. I read somewhere to try the liquid melatonin & to couple it with a good magnesium supplement so I figured why not! Well, I’m on my second bottle of benevolent nourishments melatonin and WOW! I can’t recommend this enough to those who fight insomnia. I’m extremely pleased to be getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night 90% of the time now. This is a mega improvement from my standard 3-4 hours (if I was lucky) sleep per night. At my worst I would go 48 hours on 3 hours of sleep. So you can see what a improvement I’ve had in my sleep! We have 2 autistic toddler in our household, the one that is milder can take most any melatonin, HOWEVER the older boy who has a much more severe level of Autism has shown a (for the better) remarked change in his sleep patterns since we started him on this form, and brand of melatonin. We are also very grateful that you sell it direct, as Amazon is out and is not sure if they will restock. If I had to complain it would be the price. I initially became interested in Melatonin as a sleep aid. Specifically to help with jet-lag and my occasional restless nights. But once I started doing some research, I realized it does so much more! Here are some of my finds:

Melatonin is a fantastic antioxidant. It is more powerful than vitamin C or vitamin E. It is naturally made by the body, but can also be ingested to boost the immune system and reduce infections. Melatonin therapy is actually used to speed up spleen recovery!

Melatonin is used as an antidepressant and it boosts dreaming and memory! Melatonin has few if any side effects because it is low in toxicity. It's also soluble in both water and fats, which means it can go into almost all tissues in the body.

I take Benevolent Nourishment's Melatonin at night, around bedtime. Melatonin is naturally produced at night, but only if it is dark. I have a street light outside my bedroom that keeps my room in perpetual slight light, so I especially am not producing much melatonin naturally.

I really love this liquid melatonin in particular because it tastes good and is fast acting. I also wake up refreshed (and never groggy like others I've tried!).

Oh! One last thing, sometimes I increase my night time dosage when I am experiencing extra stress and anxiety at work, and I find it really helps me cope. So grateful!

This is an incredibly effective tincture! My husband and I took one dose each of this Liquid Melatonin and 20 minutes later, we were ready for sleep. We both slept deeply. The best part is that you don't feel hungover the next morning, the way you do after taking other sleep aids. It must be because melatonin is a natural ingredient. We both felt really rested in the morning.

The liquid is pleasant and has a sweet taste. I put it in a glass and mixed it with a few ounces of water and drank it before bed.

Can't wait to use this before my next red eye flight and during my vacation to help with jet lag. Great stuff!
